Refund Policy

1. Overview
At SPRY Organize Inc., every project is tailored to each client’s home, lifestyle, and goals. Our services involve detailed preparation, product sourcing, and dedicated on-site labor. Because each session is customized and requires advance scheduling and staff coordination, all payments made to SPRY Organize Inc. are non-refundable.
2. Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.

The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as outlined in your client agreement.

If a client cancels, reschedules, or reduces the scope of a booked project, the deposit will not be refunded and may not be applied to future bookings unless otherwise approved in writing by SPRY Organize Inc.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected changes may occur. If you need to reschedule:

Notice must be given at least 7 days in advance to avoid additional fees.

Reschedules made within less than 7 days of your appointment may be subject to a 50% charge of the total booked hours.

Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled service will be billed in full.
4. Products and Supplies
Organizing products (bins, baskets, jars, labels, etc.) are sourced specifically for your project. Once purchased, all product sales are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged — even if unused — due to supplier restocking restrictions and custom ordering.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, SPRY Organize Inc. will work with the supplier to arrange a replacement when possible, at no additional cost to the client.
5. Service Satisfaction
Our work is performed with precision, care, and professionalism. While results may vary depending on home conditions and maintenance, we guarantee that all organizing services are delivered as promised. Refunds will not be issued based on personal preference, perceived value, or outcomes differing from client expectations.
6. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of SPRY Organize Inc., if a service was paid for but never rendered. In such cases, written notice must be provided within 7 days of the scheduled service date for review.
