Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service, submitting payment, or engaging with SPRY Solutions (“SPRY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These terms constitute a binding agreement governing all services provided by SPRY Solutions, including commercial janitorial services, post-construction cleaning, facility maintenance, and related cleaning services.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services or website.

2. Scope of Services

SPRY Solutions provides professional cleaning and facility support services including, but not limited to:

  • Commercial janitorial services

  • Office and building cleaning

  • Property management cleaning

  • Post-construction cleaning

  • Move-in and turnover cleaning

  • Common area and facility maintenance cleaning

Service details, scope, and scheduling will be outlined in a service agreement, quote, or work order provided prior to service.

SPRY Solutions reserves the right to modify or decline services at our discretion.

3. Booking, Deposits & Payments
  • Certain services may require a deposit to confirm scheduling.

  • Final payment is due upon completion of service or as outlined in the service agreement.

  • Accepted payment methods may include e-transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.

  • All prices are subject to applicable GST and taxes.

  • Late payments may result in late fees, service suspension, or cancellation of future bookings.

For ongoing commercial contracts, payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or schedule changes unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to charges for scheduled labour time.

SPRY Solutions reserves the right to reschedule services due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Safety concerns

  • Equipment failure

  • Staff illness

  • Building access issues

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

5. Cleaning Products & Equipment

SPRY Solutions provides professional cleaning equipment and products suitable for commercial and residential environments.

Clients must notify SPRY Solutions in advance of:

  • Chemical sensitivities

  • Building restrictions

  • Special surface requirements

SPRY Solutions is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing surface defects, improper installations, or manufacturer defects.

6. Access & Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Safe and unobstructed access to the service location

  • Adequate lighting and utilities where required

  • Access to elevators, entry systems, or security procedures if applicable

SPRY Solutions is not responsible for delays or incomplete work caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or interference during service hours.

7. Liability & Damages

While every effort is made to handle property with care, SPRY Solutions is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improperly installed fixtures or surfaces

Any claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

SPRY Solutions maintains appropriate insurance coverage; however, liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the service provided.

Clients are encouraged to secure fragile, high-value, or irreplaceable items prior to service.

8. Contractors & Service Personnel

SPRY Solutions may utilize trained employees or independent subcontractors to perform services.

All personnel operating under SPRY Solutions are required to follow company standards, safety procedures, and service protocols.

9. Confidentiality

SPRY Solutions respects client confidentiality. Any information shared during the course of service is treated as private and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

Before-and-after photos may be taken for internal documentation or marketing purposes; identifying information will not be shared without client permission.

10. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on sprysolution.com, including text, images, branding, and materials, is the property of SPRY Solutions and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

SPRY Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

Under no circumstances shall total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the service in question.

12. Modifications to Terms

SPRY Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

Any disputes arising from services provided by SPRY Solutions shall be resolved in Calgary, Alberta.
