1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service, submitting a payment, or engaging with SPRY Organize Inc. (“SPRY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement governing all services provided by SPRY Organize Inc., including home organizing, move-in setup, downsizing, and related offerings.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services or website.
2. Scope of Services
SPRY Organize Inc. provides professional organizing, move-in coordination, downsizing, and related home support services. Each project is custom-designed based on client needs, and service details will be outlined in your project proposal or service agreement.
SPRY Organize Inc. reserves the right to modify or decline services at any time, at our sole discretion.
3. Booking, Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.

All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
Failure to provide payment within the agreed time frame may result in additional charges or cancellation of future services.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service date.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session are subject to full payment of booked hours.

Rescheduling requests must be made in writing and are subject to calendar availability.
SPRY Organize Inc. reserves the right to reschedule or adjust service dates in the event of emergencies, inclement weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Products & Supplies
All products sourced or purchased for your project (e.g., baskets, bins, labels, jars) are considered final sale once ordered.
SPRY Organize Inc. does not offer refunds or returns on products unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Product selection and purchasing are handled at the discretion of our team, ensuring quality, function, and design alignment with your project.
6. Access & Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide safe and timely access to the project space during agreed-upon service hours.
Clients are responsible for disclosing any hazards, allergies, or relevant conditions that may affect service delivery.
SPRY Organize Inc. is not liable for delays or incomplete work caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, or interference during scheduled work hours.
7. Liability & Damages
While every effort is made to handle belongings with care, SPRY Organize Inc. is not responsible for accidental damage, pre-existing defects, or the condition of items before handling.
Clients release SPRY Organize Inc., its contractors, and employees from any liability related to loss, damage, or injury arising from the services provided.
Valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items should be removed from the workspace prior to service.
8. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared during the course of a project is kept strictly confidential.
Before-and-after photos may be used for marketing purposes only with client permission or under anonymous conditions that do not reveal personal details.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on spryorganizing.com — including text, photos, branding, and materials — is the property of SPRY Organize Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
SPRY Organize Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services or website.
Our total liability, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered.
11. Modifications to Terms
SPRY Organize Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in Calgary, Alberta.
